If you want samples, use the same customer order form. In the project notes / email you must write SAMPLE and list:
- 5 hats minimum (you can mix and match)
- Which hats from our options — leather hat options are different from stitched hat options
- Which leathers (2 leather minimum, mix and match OK)
- Or, if you want it stitched instead of leather, write STITCHED and name the hat to stitch it on

Production: 12 hats for leather patches, 24 for stitch.
Samples: use this same form. 5 hats min. 2 leathers min if doing leather. Mix and match is fine. If they want stitch, say stitch and name the hat.
Standard production is 2–3 weeks from mockup approval. Mockups themselves are delivered within 48 hours of submitting the form. If you're up against a tight deadline, mention it in the form and we'll tell you what's possible.
Absolutely. Send us your logo, an idea, or even just a vibe and our team will draft a custom patch and mockup on your chosen hat. Revisions are included until you sign off.
We ship anywhere in the US lower 48. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. If you're outside the lower 48, get in touch and we can quote a freight forwarder on a case-by-case basis.
50% deposit to start production, 50% balance before shipping. We accept card, ACH, and Shopify Payments. Net-30 terms available for verified companies on orders $5,000+.
Yes — tees, hoodies, and tanks printed through our print-on-demand partner. You can mix hats and apparel in the same order; just mention it in the form.
