At Backwater, our hats are handcrafted in house by our team. π§’π₯ Because each hat is individually made with care, refunds are handled on a case by case basis. If there is an issue with your hat, we will always review the situation and do our best to make it right. βοΈπ€ Please reach out so we can look into the problem and correct anything on our end.
Clothing and apparel items are produced through our print on demand partner Ninja POD. πβοΈ These pieces are created specifically for you once your order is placed. Apparel is non refundable unless there is a clear production error from Ninja POD.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the problem. πΈποΈ We will work with Ninja POD to arrange a replacement or a refund when appropriate.
